FAN dodavatelé s.r.o. is a Czech company, established in 1991 in Kostelec and Labem, Czech Republic. From the very beginning, we specialized in supplying table sweeteners to stores in the former Czechoslovakia. Soon we started exporting these products to Russia and the Baltic states. A year later, we moved on to developing our own recipes and producing our own sweetener brands.

Today we produce several dozen brand products, including sweeteners, low-calorie sugar, natural sugar, baking sweeteners, preserve sweeteners, liquid sweeteners, cereals, and other food supplements (such as Samaritan), vitamin tablets, and many others.

Sweetener production in our company is subject to several levels of production control. FAN uses a quality control system certified by ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP. All of our products are harmless to health and comply with Czech and EU standards.

Company history

• 1991 - Company established. Specializes in the manual packaging of sweeteners and distribution in the Czech Republic.
• 1992 - Loan obtained to purchase packaging machines, loose mixture mixer, and other machinery.
• 1993 - Launch of sweetener production; Samaritan (an isotonic beverage) launched on the market.
• 1994 - Increased export of sweeteners to Russia and the Baltic states.
• 1995 - Sweetener product range includes 25 products.
• 1996 - Company starts exporting sweeteners to Slovakia.
• 1997 - Company seizes a 30-percent share of the Czech market in artificial sweeteners.
• 1998 - Introduction of the HACCP system into all production processes.
• 1999 - Launch of the production of Doctor Macharacek's vitamin and mineral supplements.
• 2000 - Launch of the process to obtain the ISO 9001:2000 certificate.
• 2001 - Product range expanded to more than 40 products.
• 2002 - Company obtains the ISO 9001:2000 certificate for its quality management system.
• 2003 - Launch of private brand production products for the TESCO store chain.
• 2004 - Export expanded to other countries of the world.
